His curriculum has led to two convergent paths: one, towards artistic creation, exhibiting his works in various individual and group shows since 1980; and another, as a historian-researcher, who has developed through multiple documentation works and materialized in exhibitions to disseminate the historical-artistic and cultural heritage of Guadalajara.

This dedication has been recognized with the following distinctions: "Layna Serrano" Guadalajara Province Award for Historical and Ethnological Research (1995); Provincial Exhibition of Plastic Arts Award from the Ministry of Education and Culture of Castilla-La Mancha (1996); “Manuel Corchado” Award for Historical-Archaeological Research on Monuments of Spanish Military Architecture by the National Association of Friends of Castles (2002); Club Siglo Futuro Award (2003); Culture Award from the Guadalajara Press Association (2007); "Ducado de Plata" by Gentes de Guadalajara (2010); Honorary Military Engineer and Honorary Airship Pilot of the Army (2013-2015).

The artist uses multiple resources, scandals and rugged situations that the most everyday reality puts within our reach to launch a critical and denouncing message. All this through irony, humor and a pinch of cynicism with which to influence the mind of the viewer.
