"FEED THE FEED"

Social networks have become one of the main channels to relate to each other within our society, with such power that it influences, among other things, the way we show ourselves and also how we look at the world around us. We are consumers and producers of images, which we search and collect for Feed the Feed.

This influence of the network brings us closer to fashion, objects and concepts that are socially accepted as beautiful and therefore deserve a place in our feed. But even being beautiful, there are trends in how to group objects to capture the perfect image.

Even when the image or reality is not adequate, the use of filters to dignify some realities that we do not like by themselves because they do not respond to the canons of beauty of the moment.

The common protagonists of the photos are very diverse, such as food, which has become one more character within the networks, or ourselves, when we project our ideal self through selfies.

This idealization in the search for images also leads us to darker places such as loneliness or not disconnecting from networks, not even in the few moments we have to rest, always being alert to capture or pose for a good photo.

Fortunately, we still have the last redoubts of our lives that we refuse to share, the resistance, those intimate moments that we do not immortalize, but simply live intensely and consciously and that we will treasure only in our memories.
